Wedding Quickie! - Creating Personalized Guest Bags and Wedding Party Gifts

In this Wedding Quickie! I will give you some tips and ideas on how to put together personalized guest bags for traveling guests to your destination wedding, or meaningful wedding party tote bags to say thank you for being a support throughout your journey. First you will get some tips on how to keep the cost down but wow factor high, then as you scroll down you will get some ideas on how to put it all together :)

Tips!

1. Buy in bulk: Try to find a place to purchase you tote bags and items that go inside at an online shop or store that offers bulk pricing
2. Get it personalized: Many shops geared towards wedding offer unique personalization to make it your own such as monograms or your wedding location
3. Coordinate your colours: Try to coordinate the tote bags and some of the contents with your wedding theme and colours
4. Shop around: Before you buy, shop around online to make sure you are getting the best price... don't be afraid to ask for a better deal when ordering bulk items if there isn't already a bulk price set
5. Make it useful: Try to include a variety of items that will actually be useful... otherwise some things might end up in a garage sale or even worse... the trash
6. Think about your guests: It's very easy to be drawn to things we love but try to think about what your guests would love or need
7. Create a focus: Choose a few focal items and build around them with snacks and goodies
8. Set a budget: Trust me... you can easily get carried away filling a tote bag with all kinds of fun items, set a max budget and stick to it so you will use a little more discretion with what you buy
9. Have fun: This shouldn't stress you out, it should be one of the enjoyable parts of planning your wedding; if you find yourself getting stressed out, take a break from it and come back later
10. Add a Note: Include a little card or note to express your gratitude and explain the thought that went into the gift
