Wedding dress shopping is one of the most important events during your wedding planning days. You may have a vision for the exact dress you are looking for or you may be flying by the seat of your pants in a sea of fabric choices and styles without having the faintest clue of where to even start. When I was planning my wedding I could have gone so many ways when it came to wedding dress styles. There were so many I loved but I knew I wasn't a ball gown, poofy or frilly kind of girl. In the end I bought a simple 1980s vintage dress, sewed some lace trim to the bottom, added a brooch, and wore a handmade lace bolero; both my wedding dress and the bolero were purchased on Etsy.

I have found for the most part when shopping for dresses online you end up saving hundreds as compared to buying a dress from an in-store retailer. I buy most items online for that particular reason because when cutting out the middle man you often get better deals.
